Authorities suspect foul play after a man was found unresponsive in Bath County.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the incident Friday morning at approximately 8:00 in the 500 block of Main Street in Salt Lick, between Morehead and Mt. Sterling.
The man, identified as 59-year-old Harold R. King, of Salt Lick, was lying in his yard near the roadway, state police said. He was transported to University of Kentucky St. Claire Regional Medical Pavilion in Morehead where he was pronounced deceased.
State police noted that foul play is suspected in the death.
KSP Det. Paul Thomas is leading the death investigation.
