A Hardin County man accused of plying a juvenile with alcohol before having sex with the minor has pled guilty.

Jordan T. Beach, 25, of Radcliff, pled guilty in a Hardin County courtroom to two counts of third-degree sodomy and third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor, according to a report by The News-Enterprise.

Prosecutors recommended Beach serve three years in prison. He must serve at least 85 percent of the sentence.

Upon his release, he must register on the Kentucky State Police Sex Offender for life, and have no contact with the victim.

The Radcliff Police Department arrested Beach in April 2025 after an investigation showed he provided alcohol to a 15-year-old girl on two occasions. Beach and the girl then had sex multiple times.

Beach, police said, knew the girl was a juvenile.

There were a total of two incidents, one occurring at the Elizabethtown Ramada Inn.

He will be formally sentenced on December 2.
