A 63-year-old Hardin County man has been accused of plying a teenager with alcohol and sexually abusing the victim.
Robert Goodloe, of Radcliff, is accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl on two occasions in 2024. In one instance, in October 2024, at Goodloe’s residence, provided the juvenile with alcohol “until she became mentally incapacitated and physically helpless to the point where she was unconscious and unable to communicate,” according to a report by The News-Enterprise (paywall).
The victim told police that prior to passing out, Goodloe spoke to her in a sexual manner and touched her in a sexual way.
Goodloe is also accused of running outside of the home, and as he approached a window, he “pulled down his pants” and exposed himself, The News-Enterprise reports.
In June 2024, the suspect is accused of again giving the girl alcohol and showing her pornography while touching himself.
Goodloe was arrested on Monday and charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree indecent exposure and two counts third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.
Goodloe was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond. He is no longer listed as an inmate.
