Grayson County High School’s Gage Napier has announced his commitment to Kentucky Wesleyan for baseball.
The senior has blossomed into one of the area’s best pitchers. Last season, he had a 7-3 record with a 1.34 ERA to go along with a team-high 85 strikeouts.
‘I want to thank God, without Him none of this is possible,” Napier said in a social media post. “I want to thank my parents, grandparents, family, friends, coaches, and everyone who has helped get me to this position.”
Kentucky Wesleyan is a Division II baseball team located in Owensboro. They are coached by Todd Lillpop, who will be entering his 25th season in 2026.
Napier and the Cougars will open their season in March in search of their fourth straight 12th District title.
