
Brooke Hunter Goff, 84, of Bowling Green, passed away November 3, 2025 at her home surrounded by her children. She was born January 2, 1941 in Hartford to Dorothy and Harry Hunter.
Brooke was a graduate of Hartford High School and WKU. She was an educator who taught more than 30 years in the Ohio County and Grayson County School Systems. She was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Franklin and a former member of Hartford Baptist Church and First Baptist Church of Leitchfield.
Brooke was passionate about missions and held several local, regional, and state offices in the Women’s Missionary Union throughout her lifetime. She was also a member of the Hartford chapter of the DAR. She loved gardening, music, travel, and her family.
Brooke is survived by her children, Cecilia Travis, Jim Goff (Annette), Leslie Sanders and Cui Liu-Johnston (Rodney). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren (and one on the way) and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Carden, and two sisters, Jean Midkiff and Barbara Daves.

Visitation at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel in Bowling Green will be Friday, November 7 from 4:00 until 8:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 until 11:00 AM. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Ohio County, Kentucky.
