A Muhlenberg County man has been accused of abusing an infant.
Kentucky State Police said that in early September began a child abuse investigation after receiving information from Child Protective Services regarding a seven-month-old baby “being treated for multiple serious physical injuries.”
The investigation showed that 23-year-old Tristan Bolton, of Greenville, was responsible for the baby’s injuries.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal abuse (victim under the age of 12). Bolton has since been indicted on the charge.
The suspect is lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
