A juvenile has been arrested for shooting two juveniles.
Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to a residence on Rays Branch near Pikeville on Tuesday on the report of two male juveniles being shot.
The state police investigation determined another male juvenile “involved in the incident” shot the two victims.
The injured juveniles were transported to a nearby hospital.
The suspect was arrested and lodged in the Breathitt County Juvenile Detention Center where he’s been charged with two counts of first-degree assault, possession of a handgun by a minor and tampering with physical evidence.
KSP Det. James Cress is leading the investigation.
