A Grayson County woman has been accused of seriously injuring two women in a DUI crash.

The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Alison W. Vincent, of Leitchfield, following a Grayson County Grand Jury indicting her earlier this month on multiple charges, including two counts of first-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and DUI, according to the arrest citation and indictment document.

She was initially arrested on October 30,2025, and charged with second-degree assault, first-degree criminal mischief and DUI.

The crash occurred during the early morning hours of August 31, 2025, when Vincent crossed the center line and struck a vehicle. The wreck seriously injured two Grayson County women, the indictment states. Kentucky State Police worked the crash.

First-degree assault is a class B felony, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, while first-degree criminal mischief is a class D felony, punishable by up to five years in prison.

Vincent was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center but is no longer listed as an inmate.
