
A driver has been killed after hitting a guardrail in Meade County.
Kentucky State Police said the accident occurred on Saturday morning at approximately 9:50 on Hwy 31-W in Muldraugh.
State police said that a Ford Escape, being driven by 34-year-old Dennis J. Perry, of Louisville, was traveling north when the vehicle left the roadway and struck the end of a guardrail. The Ford then flipped over, coming to rest on the driver’s side.
Perry was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Meade County Coroner’s Office.
Trooper Jesse Harp is leading the ongoing investigation.
