Kentucky State Police is shining a light on a missing person cold case from Hopkins County.
Charles C. Massey, of Madisonville, was 29-years-old when he went missing on March 30, 1997.
“He was last seen delivering Easter baskets to individuals in the Madisonville area,” state police said.
Massey stands five feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Charles Massey is asked to contact Kentucky State Police at 270-676-3313.
