Grayson County High School’s Breigh Jones has been named Third-Team All-State by the Lexington Herald-Leader.
Jones led the Lady Cougars in scoring this season, averaging 17.8 points per game while pulling down 3.6 rebounds per game.
Her year got off to a strong start by notching her 1,000th career point in a season-opening win over Hancock County.
A knee injury cut her season short, forcing her to miss the final seven games. She is currently beginning her rehab process with hopes to be ready by the season opener in December.
