The Grayson County Middle School “Food for Compassion” drive netted more than 3,800 pounds of canned goods for the Grayson County Alliance Food Pantry.
Delivered by after-school Cougar Zone students, the bounty will help provide for those in need, especially during the holiday season.
The drive was initiated to demonstrate one of the school’s core values – caring – which along with respect, determination, honesty, and responsibility, help define the GCMS vision and mission.
