A Madisonville teenager has been arrested, accused of first-degree sodomy.
Police said 18-year-old Xavier Cane Pollard was arrested on Tuesday afternoon at his home after a Kentucky State Police investigation. Pollard is accused of committing sodomy on a person incapable of consent or physically helpless on December 15.
First-degree sodomy is a class B felony, punishable by 10 to 20 years in prison.
Pollard being held in the Hopkins County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
