On Tuesday, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office received a tip on where a fugitive could be found.
Police received information on the location of 39-year-old Andre Goodman, of Horse Cave, who was wanted for possession of handgun by a convicted felon, wanton endangerment, theft by unlawful taking and terroristic threatening, among other charges.
He had been indicted on those charges by a Hart County Grand Jury in May 2015.
Goodman was found at the Horse Cave Motel and arrested without incident.
After his arrest, he was served with bench warrants out of Hart County for trafficking in a controlled substance.
Goodman was lodged in the Hart County Jail on a $20,000 cash bond.
