Traffic stop in Ohio Co. nabs Bowling Green couple with cocaine

Sunday night at approximately 11:45, Kentucky State Police conducted a traffic stop on the William Natcher Parkway for traffic violations.

Authorities said through an investigation, police located cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Troopers arrested the driver, 48-year-old Jimmy Gregory, and his passenger, 45-year-old Lisa Gregory, both of Bowling Green, and charged the couple with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jimmy Gregory was also charged with possession of marijuana and several traffic violations.

Both were lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center. Jimmy Gregory is being held on a $5,000 bond (10 percent cash) while Lisa Gregory bonded out of custody.
