Kentucky State Police has arrested an Irvine man for shooting and killing his brother.
Police said the shooting occurred Tuesday morning, just outside Ravenna, a community of about 600 residents in Estill County.
Authorities arrested and charged 29-year-old Edward Tipton Jr. with the murder of his brother, 24-year-old Travis Tipton. Edward Tipton was lodged in the Three Forks Regional Detention Center Tuesday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police said the two men were in an argument which led to the deadly shooting.
