On Saturday afternoon at approximately 2:50, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a train versus car accident on Dillard Road, near the Rich Pond community.
Upon arriving at the scene, Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower said deputies found a Pontiac Grand Prix, being driven by 19-year-old Trevion Carver, Bowling Green, had been struck by a CSX train at the Dillard Road rail road crossing.
The teen was transported to The Medical Center for treatment.
Police did not release the circumstances surrounding the collision. The accident remains under investigation.
