A Millwood woman has been accused of molesting a two-year-old girl.
Wednesday night, Kentucky State Police arrested 40-year-old Eva Kathleen McHenry at her residence in the 6700 block of Beaver Dam Road and charged her with first-degree sodomy (incapable of consent/physically helpless), promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
McHenry’s arrest citation says she admitted under questioning to sodomizing a two-year-old child and recording the sex act. McHenry is accused of then sending the video to her husband, Donnie McHenry (Donnie McHenry was arrested and charged in September 2017 in Grayson County with one count of voyeurism). Another child at the residence observed the video on Eva McHenry’s phone, according to the citation.
The criminal activity took place in early February 2019, the citation says.
Eva McHenry was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
The first-degree sodomy and promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance are class A felonies. The distribution charge is a class C felony.
More arrests in this case are possible.
The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office referred the case to Kentucky State Police after being informed of the crimes.
