The husband of the Millwood woman accused of sexually molesting a two-year-old girl was arrested in Grayson County in September 2017 on a sex-related charge.
On Wednesday night, Kentucky State Police arrested 40-year-old Eva Kathleen McHenry and charged her with first-degree sodomy, promoting a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance and distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. She was arrested at her residence in the 6700 block of Beaver Dam Road.
While being questioned by state police, McHenry admitted that she filmed herself committing a sex act with a two-year-old child in early February 2019, according to her arrest citation. She then sent the video, via cell phone, to her husband, 48-year-old Donnie McHenry, who has not been charged in the case.
Donnie McHenry, though, was arrested in September 24, 2017, after he was accused of installing a recording device in his home that videotaped a teenage girl in various stages of undress. He committed the crime over a three-day period about a week before he was taken into custody, according to his arrest warrant.
He was charged with two counts of voyeurism, a class A misdemeanor. The charges were dismissed in February of this year by District Judge Steven Crebessa.
