Four teenagers have been indicted for raping an incapacitated woman and recording the crime.

A Whitley County Grand Jury indicted Ronald Leas, 18, of Corbin, Benjamin Brock, 19, of Williamsburg, and Ryan Davis and Michael Davis, both 18, of Emlyn, and charged each with first-degree rape and video voyeurism.

The Williamsburg Police Department said the four suspects are accused of raping a female while she was incapacitated because of excessive alcohol consumption, as the victim told investigators she had been drinking the night before the incident and was highly intoxicated.

A camera phone used to record the incident has been seized by police.

Police said the victim is acquainted with the suspects.
