A Madisonville man has been accused of having a sexual relationship with a girl younger than 16.
The Madisonville Police Department arrested 31-year-old Efren Sanchez after he admitted to having sex on at least two occasions with the juvenile at a mobile home in July and earlier this month.
He was charged with two counts of third-degree rape and two counts of third-degree sodomy.
Sanchez is being held in Hopkins County Detention Center on $5,000 cash bond.
