A Caneyville woman has been arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop in Glasgow.
The Glasgow Police Department said that on Monday police executed a traffic stop on Rachel F. Polston on Happy Valley Road. When officers made contact with Polston, they asked for and received consent to search the vehicle where authorities located a glass pipe and methamphetamine. Police also found methamphetamine in Polston’s pants pocket.
Polston was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to produce an insurance card.
She was lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond. She is no longer listed as an inmate.
