
An Edmonson County man has been arrested after police seized multiple bags of methamphetamine at his residence.
On Tuesday, the Edmonson County Sheriff’s Office and Probation and Parole officers converged on the Noah Bledsoe Road residence of 29-year-old Wesley Booker, of Smiths Grove, according to media reports. After entering the home, police detected the odor of marijuana.
During a search of the residence police located bags of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Booker was arrested and charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served with a warrant out of Warren County for theft by unlawful taking.
He was lodged in the Hart County Jail but is no longer listed as an inmate.
