Leitchfield Utilities has issued a BOIL WATER ADVISORY for several areas of Leitchfield, as well as multiple streets off Lilac Road, near the Breckinridge County line.
Officials recommend affected residents boil water at a rolling boil for three minutes before drinking.
The advisory is for the following locations::
- East Main St. to South Clinton St.
- Heyser Dr. from East Main St. to East Market St.
- 103 South Clinton St. to 115 South Clinton St.
- All of the south side of the Leitchfield Public Square
- Watson School Road beginning at Clifftop Dr. all the way to Lilac Road, including Marrieta Dr., Redbud Dr. and Clifftop Dr.
