Argument with stepson leads Hardin Co. man to shoot, kill his wife

A Hardin County man has been charged with killing his wife.

Radcliff police arrested 67-year-old Gregory K. Cunningham, of Radcliff, Sunday morning and charged him with murder (domestic violence).

The Radcliff PD told The News-Enterprise that Cunningham and his stepson became involved in an argument at about 1:00 Sunday morning. The two were separated when the suspect retrieved a firearm and shot at his wife and stepson as they stood outside their residence. At least one shot struck Cunningham’s wife, killing her.

Cunningham was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
