The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Beaver Dam felon.
Sheriff Tracy Beatty said 39-year-old William A. Dugan is wanted for attempted murder.
Beatty said Dugan is armed and dangerous and encourages citizens to not approach the suspect.
According to the Kentucky Department for Public Corrections, Dugan has convictions for criminal facilitation to engaging in organized crime (criminal syndicate), second-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and bail jumping.
All of Dugan’s convictions occurred in Ohio County. He is on parole until January 2022.
