
A Clarkson man left a roadway and crashed into a vehicle parked in front of a residence.
Grayson County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Clay Boone and Deputy Erik Franklin responded to the accident in the 1000 block of Yeaman Road Monday night at approximately 5:40.
Upon arriving at the scene, police found that 21-year-old Montgomery Smith was traveling east on Yeaman Road in a Nissan passenger car when, coming out of a curve, he lost control of vehicle and left the road. The Nissan traveled about 100 feet off the roadway and into a front yard where it struck a Toyota Corolla.
The impact also damaged a moped parked behind the Corolla.
Smith suffered a minor leg injury and did not require medical attention.
No one at the residence was injured.
