Michael D. McCuiston, 36, of Providence, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for attempting to possess child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky.
He was originally charged with installing an eavesdropping device and tampering with physical evidence.
According to prosecutors, McCuiston “surreptitiously recorded bathroom video of two children, both of whom had not attained the age of 18.”
McCuiston, prosecutors said, later admitted he hid the camera in an attempt to capture child pornography.
