Decker, of Meade County, stole items from a cabin in the 8100 block of Rhodelia Road before setting the structure on fire.

Decker was arrested Monday after police found items stolen from the cabin at his residence, about .8 of a mile from the site of the arson. He is also lodged in the Meade County Detention Center where he’s been charged with second-degree burglary and second-degree arson.
