Mary Elizabeth “Liz” Bush, 82, of Sunfish passed away Nov. 9, 2022 at Edmonson Center.
The Edmonson County native was a homemaker and member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She was a daughter of the late James Arthur French and Mary alma Hayes French and the wife of the late Pleas Monroe Bush. She was preceded in death by three sons, Paul Bush, Eddie Bush and Charlie Bush; and three brothers, James Melvin “Cotton” French, Clarence Leo French and Joseph Howard French; and a sister, Lillie Marie Flewwellin.
A celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date. Gravil Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving are a son Mike Bush (Cindy) of Bowling Green; two sisters, Zella Erb of Cincinnati and Donna Guest (James) of Sunfish; a brother, Leon French of Cincinnati; four grandchildren, Justin Bush (Christy), Jeremiah Bush, Kaylee Talbott (James) and Hannah Bush (Josiah); two great grandchildren, Austin and Lily; two daughters-in-law, Shirley Bush and Rhonda Bush; and many nieces and nephews.
