A northern Kentucky man has been accused of raping and sodomizing a juvenile.
As part of an ongoing investigation, Kentucky State Police arrested 45-year-old Jason Davis, of Carrollton, on Friday afternoon and charged him with 10 counts of third-degree rape and five counts of third-degree sodomy.
State police said a family member of the underage victim contacted police and reported the allegations. KSP added that investigators interviewed “multiple people including the victim and Davis” during the course of the inquiry.
Davis was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
