The name of the man killed during a trooper-involved shooting in Warren County has been released.
The Warren County Coroner’s Office told news outlets that 46-year-old Lonnie E. Cowles, of Oakland, was shot by an as of yet unidentified Kentucky State Trooper Monday afternoon at approximately 4:15.
The KSP Critical Incident Response Team is investigating the deadly shooting that took place on Plano Road.
Details surrounding the shooting have not been released.
