A Hardin County man is facing attempted murder and other felony charges after shooting a man who was having relations with his girlfriend.
In addition to the attempted murder count, Brodrick R. Justice-Miller, 26, of Radcliff, on Tuesday night was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment and served with a failure to appear warrant after shooting the unidentified victim.
The suspect, according to media reports, admitted to Radcliff police that he retrieved a firearm from his residence and shot the man while the victim was having a sexual encounter with Justice-Miller’s girlfriend in a car. He told investigators he opened the door to the car and pulled his girlfriend out and then began shooting at the male, who was hit multiple times.
Radcliff police said the suspect fired between 10 and 12 shots, with one of the shots entering an apartment occupied by two residents.
Justice-Miller was lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash bond.
