Kentucky State Police is investigating a deadly residential fire in eastern Kentucky.
Troopers responded to the blaze Saturday morning at approximately 10:00 on Leatherwood Road in the Lost Creek community of Breathitt County after a body was found in the home, according to media reports.
The remains were transported to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for identification and an autopsy.
The cause of the blaze has not yet been determined, but police said foul play is not suspected.
