A Grayson County man has been arrested after police observed his vehicle traveling less than five miles per hour on Falls of Rough Road (Hwy 79).
Grayson County Deputy Sean Fentress on Wednesday night at approximately 9:50, saw a Chevrolet Colorado nearly stationary in the 3600 block of Falls of Rough Road, according to the arrest citation.
Fentress and Deputy Thomas Lane made contact with the driver, 50-year-old Christopher K. Logsdon, of Caneyville, and “during the interaction Fentress asked for and was granted consent … to search his vehicle,” the citation states. Fentress, during the search, found a .17 caliber rifle.
Lane then asked for and received consent to search Logsdon, where the deputy located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Logsdon was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.
