A Hardin County couple celebrating their 12th wedding anniversary was arrested early Monday morning in Radcliff.
At 2:30 Monday morning, police arrived at the home of 37-year-old Harrison Thomas and 36-year-old Crystol Thomas after receiving a domestic violence complaint, and found the couple was under the influence of methamphetamine, according to a report in the News Enterprise.
Crystol Thomas told officers that they had been smoking meth for about six hours in celebration of the couple’s anniversary. Police searched the home and found the Thomas’ two-year-old child, meth, a meth smoking pipe and marijuana.
The couple was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
They were both lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center but have since bonded out of custody.
Child Protective Services took custody of the two-year-old.
