An Elizabethtown man has been accused of sodomizing a small child.
Brandon C. Peters, 37, has been charged with first-degree sodomy of a seven-year-old victim. He was recently indicted on the same charge.
According to The News-Enterprise, Peters molested the child twice between the summer of 2023 and March 2024.
Peters is lodged in the Hardin County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted of the charge.
