Kentucky State Police is looking for a man with 11 felony convictions since 2010 and who recently fled a traffic stop.
Kentucky State Police Post 4 Public Information Officer Scotty Sharp said police are looking for 36-year-old Eric T. Adams. He’s wanted for not only fleeing a traffic stop but he also has a warrant for his arrest out of Bullitt County.
Sharp said Adams should be considered armed and dangerous.
Adams stands six feet tall and weighs 198 pounds. He has hazel eyes, blond/strawberry hair, a short beard, and tattooed sleeves on both arms.
Anyone with information on Adams’ location is asked to contact Kentucky State Police at 270-766-5078 or call 911.
The investigation is being led by Trooper Cameron Wright.
Adams record of convictions, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections, reaches back to March 2010 when he was convicted in Hardin County for first-degree burglary (complicity), theft by unlawful taking (firearm, complicity) and theft by unlawful taking (complicity). He was convicted in Bullitt County in March 2010 for receiving stolen property.
In November 2014, he was convicted in Jefferson County for engaging in organized crime, receiving stolen property, unlawful act–injury to property (more than $3,000) and first-degree criminal mischief.
In Bullitt County in 2020 Adams was convicted of felony wanton endangerment and two counts of fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle, on foot).
He is on probation until December 2024.
