On Wednesday afternoon at approximately 4:30, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office responded to Barnett’s Creek Road on the report of a burglary.

Upon arriving at the scene, and determining what the missing items were, police went to a residence in the 100 block of Palomino Ridge, near Hartford, and observed the stolen items in plain view.

A search of the residence revealed additional stolen property, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

As a result, three suspects were arrested — 46-year-old Christy Arrington, of Hartford, 46-year-old Julianna Radford, of Owensboro, and 52-year-old David Peay, of Hartford.

Arrington was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and possession of methamphetamine. Radford and Peay were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana.

All three were lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center. Arrington and Peay have bonded out of custody, with Radford still being detained on a $10,000 bond.
