The case against a Caneyville man who posted thousands of photos of women and girls from Grayson County on a pornography website, and was later charged with 18 felonies related to distributing, promoting and possessing child porn, will be placed in the hands of a grand jury.
At 29-year-old Zackery Robinson’s preliminary hearing on Wednesday, District Court Judge Bradley S. Butler found there was enough evidence to send the case to a Grayson County Grand Jury for its consideration.
Robinson was arrested by Kentucky State Police at the Grayson Co. Sheriff’s Office on Monday, May 5, and initially charged with 27 counts of second-degree stalking, a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine for each offense.
He was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center on a $500,000 bond.
Robinson was also charged on May 6 with tampering with physical evidence for attempting to delete “physical evidence” related to the above charges, according to the citation, for a total of 18 new felony counts.
Grayson County grand juries meet during the first week of each month.
