A local baseball team is hosting a camp next week as a fundraiser.
The Twin Lakes Beavers Baseball Camp is a two-night camp held on Monday and Tuesday at the Kelly Stevenson Baseball Complex from 5:00 to 7:30, and is for players seven- to 12-years-old.
The cost of the camp is $50. The proceeds will go to the Leitchfield 10U travel team.
The camp will be led by Twin Lakes Beavers coaches Issac Miller, Nick Spalding and Jeremy Dennis.
“Our two-night camp will enhance fundamentals, including pitching, hitting and fielding. Players will be divided into groups based on age and go through rotations,” camp officials said. Additionally, the camp is “an opportunity to improve your skills, learn from experienced coaches and have fun with your peers.”
