Kentucky State Police said troopers responded to the wreck Saturday morning at approximately 4:55 on I-69 in Webster County.
State police said the investigation revealed that 30-year-old Heather Marshall Greer, of Henderson, was driving a Kia Sorento south when the vehicle crossed the median and struck a northbound Toyota Camry, being driven by 31-year-old Gregory Lundy, of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Greer and Lundy were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Webster County Coroner’s Office.
A passenger from each vehicle, Malechi A. Baker and Ousmane A. Hamza, were airlifted to an Evansville, Indiana, hospital.
