Leitchfield man with long arrest history jailed on burglary, theft charges

A Leitchfield man with a long arrest record has been accused of burglary and drug possession.

Leitchfield Police Officers Tamara Jupin and Wally Ritter arrested 40-year-old Dominique L. Noe at the Dollar General store on Brandenburg Road Wednesday night at approximately 8:30.

Noe was jailed on an indictment warrant charging him with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking (more than $10,000, less than $1 million).

Noe was lodged in the Grayson County Detention Center.

Grayson County Sgt. Jason Luedke assisted at the scene.

Noe’s arrest record, according to online records, dates to September 2013 when he was arrested in Ohio County for receiving stolen property, possession of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of methamphetamine.

Since then, Noe has been arrested in Grayson, Ohio and Hardin counties on a variety of charges, including fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of an EPO/DVO and first-degree criminal mischief. Noe has additionally been jailed several times for probation violations.
