The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect with a history of domestic violence assault and violating emergency protective orders.
Ohio County Sheriff Adam Wright said police are looking for 29-year-old Austin E. Moore, of Beaver Dam, in an “ongoing, active investigation.”
Wright said Moore is wanted for violating an EPO/DVO, third-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

- In October 2023, Moore was accused in Daviess County of fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
- In October 2020, Moore was arrested on a fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) charge in Daviess County.
Moore is listed by the Ohio County Detention as standing six feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
