The accident happened on Sunday evening at approximately 6:00 when Tony Clem crashed an ATV while riding on a farm in the Moreland area of Lincoln County.

“The ATV flipped on top of him and pinned him down while he was unconscious for 30–40 minutes,” according to Clem’s daughter’s GoFundMe post.
