BOIL WATER ADVISORY for section of S. Main St. in Leitchfield

A Boil Water Advisory has been issued by Leitchfield Utilities for a section of South Main Street in Leitchfield.

Utilities officials said a water line repair on Tuesday caused “an interruption to water services for a short time.” When water service is restored, water should be boiled at a rolling boil for three minutes before using in cooking or drinking.

Customers from 402 South Main Street to 520 South Main Street are impacted by the water service disruption and Boil Water Advisory.
