63-year-old Beaver Dam woman dies in 2-vehicle crash

A Beaver Dam woman has been killed in a car crash.

The Beaver Dam Police Department responded on Friday to the crash in the 700 block of South Main Street, according to a report by WNKY.com.

The investigation showed that 52-year-old Jeri Frazier, of Owensboro, was driving out of the Key Stop convenient store parking lot when she entered the roadway and into the path of a northbound vehicle, being driven by 37-year-old Arce Leneedli, of Beaver Dam.

A passenger in Leneedli’s vehicle, 63-year-old Bonita Hardin, of Beaver Dam, was transported to Ohio County Hospital where she was pronounced deceased, WNKY.com reports.

Frazier and Leneedli were also transported to the hospital and later released.
