A Kentucky man has been sentenced to decades in prison after being found guilty of producing child porn.
Brandon Farley, 42, of Harlan, was recently sentenced to 60 years in prison in U.S. District Court after trial testimony showed that he “sexually abused a minor that was in his care and took photos of that abuse,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
He was found guilty of two counts of production of child pornography.
Farley must serve at least 85 percent of the sentence.
The investigation was conducted by the FBI and Kentucky State Police.
