A food pantry in Pike County has been destroyed by a fire.

Guiding Light Food Pantry was leveled on Monday afternoon. The cause of the blaze has not yet been determined.

Tim Coleman, Guiding Light Community Church pastor, told WYMT.com that the pantry, in Elkorn City and operated by the church, was a total loss.

“Pray for us, as we have lost everything,” Coleman told WYMT.com. “Pray that God will provide another building for our food pantry.”

Donations are being accepted at Guiding Light Food Pantry, P.O. Box 125 Regina, KY 41559.
