Bingo + Exercise = Bingocize! Looking for a fun, new way to be active? Join the fun at the Grayson County Extension Office every Wednesday starting May 20th, 2026, at 2:30 pm! Bingocize: Diabetes Edition is a free health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone! Participants will enjoy gentle movement, social connection, and engaging education focused on understanding diabetes and building skills to manage it day to day. Come play bingo, meet new people, get moving, and learn practical strategies to support healthy blood sugar management and overall wellness.
